ISSAQUAH HIGH PTSA
MEMBERSHIP –
GENERAL INFORMATION
Your membership
in the PTSA provides important strength and support to the organization. The Regular PTSA membership
is $24 for a family or $16 for an individual and includes the IHS and/or PCFC
student directory, depending on where your student(s) attends. There is also
special category, "Supporter" membership - perfect for
grandparents, alumni students, alumni parents and others in the community who
do not currently have children enrolled at IHS but would like to stay
connected. The $10 supporter membership fee does not include the student
directory. Both programs include membership in the IH PTSA, Washington State PTA and National PTA
with all member benefits. Please consider joining the IH PTSA!

Our PTSA is a private, non-profit
organization with members who are dedicated to the service of the students,
parents and staff of Issaquah High School and are advocates for the health,
education, safety and welfare of all children.
Under a joint operating agreement with Skyline High PTSA we contribute
financial and organizational support to the Pacific Cascade Freshman Campus as
well. We are affiliated with the Washington State PTA and National PTA.
Our
Board of Directors consists of officers elected by the general membership each
spring for the following school year and appointed committee chairs
representing many areas of interest throughout our school community. Each parent and staff member is invited to
join PTSA. A benefit of membership is
our student directory, published each fall and mailed to each member. Membership in PTSA supports our many programs
and events and shows dedication and commitment to our students and school
community. In addition to joining,
parents have the opportunity to become directly involved in one of our many
Committees by contacting the committee chairpersons. The Officers & Committees
link from the PTSA Home page contains a complete list of committees and contact
information.
PTSA meetings are
held monthly and are open to all members; they are a great resource for school
information and networking with other caring and dedicated parents. Meeting dates and past minutes can be found
on the Meetings link from the PTSA Home
page.
