IH PTSA Membership

Membership Information:

Your membership in the PTSA provides important strength and support to the organization. All members are welcome to attend our meetings, generally held on the second Friday morning of each month, however meeting attendance is not required. Volunteering also is not required, but please see the IH PTSA and PCFC Volunteer Forms for a wide variety of parent volunteer opportunities at both schools.

Under a Joint Operating Agreement with Skyline PTSA, we contribute financial and organizational support to the Freshman Campus. PCFC programs and activities are provided directly at the Freshman Campus, and run by parents of Freshmen.

The Family Membership Deal is $24 for two adults within a household and includes two directories. Individual membership is $16, and includes one directory.

Directories

Student Directories* are distributed as a benefit of PTSA membership as follows: Each PTSA member will receive 1 Student Directory for the school their student attends; family memberships will receive 2 Student Directories. If you have students at both schools, you will receive both Directories. For Family Memberships, please indicate your Directory preferences. Additional Directories, for either school, can be purchased by members for $5.

*Student Directory information appears as it is in the school database. In accordance with the Family Education Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA), families have the right to OPT OUT of this Student Directory. To do so, check the appropriate box on the DISTRICT RELEASE OF STUDENT INFORMATION FORM. Families with more than one household are asked to contact the school(s) directly to have that information included in the school database.

Employer Matching Funds

Optional Password

Entering a password will save your name and contact information for later visits to the site should you need to fill out additional forms this year or next, so you will not have to re-enter all of your information every time you want to place an order. YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE KEPT BY THE PTSA; it will only be accessible to PayPal.

Pass the Hat

The PTSA Pass the Hat fundraiser supports many student programs at IHS and grants enrichment funds to teachers. This is our ONLY direct fundraiser. We have additional Community Partnerships that provide financial support, but the PTSA will not ask you for additional financial support this school year.

We suggest $50 per family per year but will gratefully accept and wisely use whatever amount you can donate. IH PTSA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and your donation is tax deductible.
